Good Shepherd's Ube Jam

I've had my fair share of craziness when it comes to ube jams (yes, I love purple yams), and one particular brand, or shall I say, makers of ube jam, that never fails to give me that addiction to go back in forth in our fridge is the one from Good Shepherd in Baguio City.

In our recent trip to Baguio, I didn't let this chance pass by and so I hoarded on Good Shepherd's ube jam. It's been 10 years since I last ate a whole jar, and I must say, the quality, the smell, and the taste is still the same.

I'm not sure if this was happening before, but right now, they have this really warm message placed on the lid which, every time I read it, makes me smile. See for yourself:

Unfortunately,the time that we went there, all of the big jars got sold out. That didn't stop me from buying so I settled with the small ones, which retails for Php140.00/jar. Check out my review on it in Tripadvisor!

50's Diner Baguio City [Restaurant Review]

All I can say is WOW! We went to 50's Diner as a first timer, not knowing what to expect in terms of the taste and pricing of their food. From the sign outside, you can immediately tell that the restaurant is 50s themed (as the name implies also).

Their menu features American all-time favorite comfort food that's perfect for any meal time, from breakfast to drinking sessions at night.

We went here for to eat breakfast and so I ordered Fresh egg with hotdog and bacon, hot cocoa tablea and for my daughter, I ordered pancakes.

Upon arrival, we all got surprised with the serving as it is HUGE! It's great for sharing if you have low appetite, but for someone like me who has a not-so-big nor too-small appetite, the serving size was perfectly okay.

For the price, it was definitely worth it! The taste was fantastic and the food serving is great (comparing it to the price of the meal). I really wish they have this in Manila, but in the meantime, this is a good reason to go to Baguio!

Baguio Holiday Villa Court [Room Tour]

Hello everyone! Last weekend was tiring but fun! It was a short vacation in Baguio but nonetheless, I enjoyed!

We stayed at Baguio Holiday Villa Court and I love everything about them! We're going back in Baguio by March and this is where we'll be staying again.

Here's a video on how the master bedroom of the villa looks like. It's really big (but not justified in the video) and what I like about the villa is that it feels like I'm just back home. You have an option to stay in a villa where there's a stove (we stayed in the unit without the stove). There's a fridge, a cable tv, couch and a mini table (if you guys want to drink or something).

3D/2N Itinerary (Baguio City)

If you're like me who only has 3 days and 2 nights to roam around the Summer Capital of the Philippines a.k.a Baguio City, well I've come up with an itinerary after years and years of vising Baguio City.
